Fixion Services will only proceed with repair or diagnostic services upon the provision of a mobile contact number that is actively tied to a verifiable digital identity.
Fixion Services, logistically operates only within Jamshedpur or Tatanagar in the state of Jharkhand, INDIA. However, we do provide software support to our registered clients outside the purview of Jamshedpur and Globally as well.
A service charge is mandated for every hardware servicing request, payable upfront via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or verified UPI ID. This fee is non-refundable and covers professional diagnostic labor.
A 90-Day Limited Warranty is provided solely on the specific component(s) replaced and the micro-soldering workmanship performed for the original fault quoted. The warranty does NOT cover any fault existing before the repair or any subsequent failure unrelated to the original job (e.g., screen failure after a power IC fix).
The warranty is void if the device shows signs of new physical damage, liquid damage, attempted self-repair, or unauthorized third-party tampering after collection.
Fixion is not liable for any loss of data, software, or personal files resulting from the repair process. Data backup is the customer's mandatory responsibility prior to device submission.
Fixion Services does not retain hardware items for more than 60 days from the initial date of submission. Unclaimed items after the 60th day will be disposed of according to electronic waste protocols.
