Data Source and Accuracy

Fixion Services relies exclusively on Aadhaar documentation for name and address verification to ensure legal consistency. We do not correct or interpret names; we utilize the data exactly as printed on the government-issued document to establish a secure link between the client and their hardware assets and to verify the registered address.

Financial and Telemetry Security

All transaction data and hardware telemetry (CPU/MB/RAM serials) are stored in an encrypted environment. Aadhaar-linked contact details are used solely for identity verification and service communication. Financial details are processed through authentic gateways and are never stored locally on our servers.

Finality of Asset Disposal

In the event of hardware disposal after the 60-day retention limit, Fixion Services implements a secure data destruction protocol. Any storage media remains subject to physical destruction or a cryptographic wipe to ensure that no client data is compromised post-disposal.
